'I Am' is the natural state of being.
It is what I, the individual reading this now, am . . .
. . . before the notion of separation creates division within the mind of wo/man
(initially during childhood).
There is no separation, no division, all is being, all is the state 'I Am'.
All is the oneness of divine reality.
Separation and division are the illusion of the thinking mind.
The thinking mind is conditioned by the past.
Move beyond the thinking/conditioned mind and what is realised is the
natural and original state:
I Am
Oneness
Liberation
Unity
Harmony
Love
Nirvana
Peace
Heaven
Being
Tao
All
is realised
as one pristine package,
the
Perfection
of
Present Moment Awareness,
Right
Here and Now.

Hi Shinzen . . what happened to 'is-ness' then? Ha, ha . . great to come across such 'am-ness' from across the lake ;-)
ReplyDeleteSimone . . you keep coming back for more . . I must be doing something right!
ReplyDeleteBeing in the here and now is the best way of be-ing grounded, as opposed to being lost in emotional turmoil, I'm sure you understand what I'm inferring to here . . .
. . . You know, everything is just fine the way it is, even if things aren't the way the I-ego 'wants' them to be :)
Rizal . . hello . . nothing else? And I was sure I was about to have a nice cup of tea as well . . . ;-)
