The Yogi: Five

The
Yogi,

Having
Realised

The
Sage
Within,

Has
Moved Beyond
All
Opposites
Of

Light - Dark
Good - Bad
Right - Wrong
Pleasure - Pain
Expectation - Disappointment
Excitement - Depression
Success - Failure
Winning - Losing.

. . . and this is the . . .

Throne
of

Stillness.

1Stillness2ManyPolarities

All Polarities or Opposites of the mind are transcended, or moved beyond, when one sits on The Throne of Stillness; which is realised as your greater reality, truth, and integrity of being.

The Yogi: Four

The
Yogi(ini)
Sage,

Having moved
beyond
the
Time-bound,

Into the
Timeless,

Can

. . . Guide . . .

Others
Beyond Limitations;

Into the
Boundless
Reality
of
Simple
Beingness.

1Guide2Being

OK, let's not get hung up on individuality here, there's no one home, the wheel of life is turning, but the hamster is no longer alive; that or it's off having some fun with its nuts! And even that is the unfolding of simple beingness . . .

;-)

The Yogi: Three

A
Yogi-Sage

Turns
Within

. . . and . . .

What was

Bound
by
Time

. . . becomes . . .

Timeless.

The Yogi: Two.

The Yogi

Turns

fear
to
Joy,

. . . and . . .

Frustration
to
Fulfilment.

The word Yogi, is just a label, don't get hooked by it. The word choice could just as easily be Sage, or what about Alchemist? The Principle behind the word is in fact all that matters; reconnect with the inner Yogi, the inner being, which is beyond words, and be this simple truth.

The Yogi: One.

There is a
Yogi
in
Everyone

. . . Yes . . .

The Yogi
Exists in all of us.

In the female
It is known
As
The Yogini.

But it matters not the label,
For it is
The Principle
Alone,
That counts.

The
Yogi Within,
Sees and Knows
Everything
Exactly
as it
Is!

What is the 'Truth'?

There Is
Only
One Truth

. . . and that . . .

Is
Simply to

'Be'

Where
I
Am.

***

Where
Is
My Body?

That
Is
Where
I
Am.

***

In other words simply be where your body is right now, don't get lost in the
psychological-emotional storyline of the conditioned personality,
which is not who I, the reader, am!
And that is the
Truth.

Return to Simplicity

Feeling stressed?

A
Simple
Relaxation Technique
Is to
Sit
Comfortably
With your eyes
Closed,
Repeat to yourself

"I am"

As you breathe in

"Relaxed"

As you breathe out.

This
Technique
Will lead to
Deep relaxation
In
Most people
Within
Ten
Minutes.

Warning: This technique is for relaxation purposes only. The author is not responsible for those of you who may fall asleep whilst participating in this exercise. Also, this relaxation technique is just that, it will not lead you into enlightenment, liberation, salvation or some other dreamed of state of euphoria.

Imperceptive Masquerade

A
Lifetime
of
Impressions

Continuously Falling
Ever
so
Gently,

. . . Imperceptibly . . .

Imprinting
on
The Pliable Nature
of
Consciousness,

Much like dust
Settling
on
a
Polished
Table,

Come
Together
Over
a
Lifetime
to
Create
One's
Attitudes
Beliefs
and
Opinions.

Before
One
Knows it,
One

. . . thinks . . .

One
is
a

Separate Individual

With
a
Will
Of
Ones
Own!

The Abundance of Stillness

There
is
Only
Stillness.

*

There
is
Only
Abundance.

*

. . . Contradiction . . .
?

Stillness
is
The
Blank Canvass

On
Which

The
Abundance
of
Life
is
Painted.

. . . and . . .

You Are
The
Artist!

Like A Fish Out Of Water

Being
is
mans
 'Element'.

The
Element
of
a
Fish
is
Water.

Take the
Fish
Out of
Water
and
The fish
Dies.

Mans
Only
Problem
is
that
He is
No
Longer
in
His
Element . . .

. . . although
Paradoxically . . .

He
Has
Never
Left
It!

Eternal Momentum

Strangled
By
The Moments Perpetuation
Of
Nothingness.

Looking
For
A
 Clue
As to what to do
To
Break
 The Momentum
Of
Eternal
Beingness.

Unable
To
Change
What

. . . Is . . .

Tell me
Is
This
Oneness
Bliss?

Early Morning Dew

One
Yogi
Kissing
the
Early Morning
Dew

Sun
Salutation
Lends his body
To . . .

. . . Descend
to
the
Floor . . .

. . . a
Moment
to
Pause
in
the
Great Outdoors,

. . . Stretching . . .

Breathing
Deeply

Sinking
Completely

Into
Each

. . . Pose . . .

Body
Tensing

Then
Relaxing

His
Mind
In
a
State
of
Deep
Repose

. . . reflecting . . .

In
This Perfect Moment,

Nobody
Knew,

He
Was One with

The
Early Morning
Dew.
