Comfortably
With your eyes
Closed,
Repeat to yourself

"I am"

As you breathe in

"Relaxed"

As you breathe out.

In
Most people
Within
Ten
Minutes.

  1. Couple this with tuning into your peripheral vision (if you wear contacts you'll have to take them out...glasses off)...allow your vision to get a bit fuzzy. Good technique.

Thanks David, a good addition, I must admit that I use peripheral vision as well. But this simple technique is great with the eyes closed or open :-)

  4. Aha, self-hypnosis with self-affirmation.

Maybe replacing the "relaxed" with "enlightened" or any other word as we breath out can lead us somewhere, I wonder? :p

    Hmm... magic spell :p
